Flourless, gluten free pancakes can still taste great?  YES, I kid you not!  My hearty flourless Banana Oatmeal Pancakes, are so amazing delicious, you’ll forget they’re gluten free.  These pancakes are so quick and easy to make! Enjoy these delicious at your next family breakfast or brunch!

Banana Oatmeal Pancakes
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup Quaker Oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Place ingredients into blender, food processor, or magic bullet and blend to combine.
  2. Heat a lightly buttered non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, using a ¼ measuring cup.
  3. Cook on both sides, over medium low heat for about one minute or until brown on each side. Serve warm.
