PERFECT GUAC EVERY TIME
If you are a lover of guacamole, before you do anything further share this recipe on your social media platforms! This is the BEST Guacamole you will ever have – I’ve been told by several who have tried my recipe that they’ve never had anything as good – not even when they travelled to Mexico – their words not mine… Now be sure to take credit for bringing such deliciousness into the lives of your friends and family….GO! I think the thing that makes this guacamole so good is that I acutally make it and leave in the fridge for at least 12 hours before serving. This time allows for all the flavors to really meld together = excellence! Be sure to give this a good stir before serving – don’t worry if the top turns a bit brown. I like to save the avocado pits and stick them into the guacamole and then place a piee of plastic wrap over the dish, ensuring it touches the surface of the guac. When your ready to serve, remove the plast wrap and the pits, give it a stir and enjoy!
- 2 ripe avocados
- ⅓ cup onion, red or yellow, finley chopped
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place avocados into a bowl and mash until desired texture. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Serve right away with tortilla chips or place in fridge, covered overnight.
