My  Whipped Chocolate Frosting is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!!  Light and fluffy and SO CHOCOLATY.  This is one of my favorite frosting’s, not too sweet and so simple to make with only 3 ingredients.  You can use this frosting to frost your favorite cakes such as my Chocolate Sheet Cake or my Whipping Cream Vanilla Sponge Cake or cupcakes or to top off your favorite pie.  This frosting is also perfect to pipe decorations onto your favorite cake.  Recipe demonstration below!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup cocoa powder, sifted
  • ½ cup powdered sugar, sifted
Directions
  1. Pour whipping cream into the bowl of standing mixer, and beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form – about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar and mix into whipped cream until combine and frosting is smooth – about 10-20 seconds.
Notes
***Use this frosting to frost cakes or pipe decorations onto cupcakes/cakes. Can be stored in the fridge for up to one week in an airtight container.
